Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Respiratory Therapist Lead to oversee daily shift operations, ensuring safe patient care and supporting interdisciplinary teams.

You will assign staff, evaluate performance, manage equipment, and drive quality improvement initiatives while maintaining current clinical knowledge and adherence to policies.

This role requires BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NBRC-RRT, RCP certifications and a minimum of two years in critical care, with strong leadership and communication skills.
