Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Lead Respiratory Therapy clinician to oversee daily clinical shifts and ensure safe, high-quality patient care. You will serve as a clinical resource, support staff and physicians, and promote onboarding, training, and professional development.

The role focuses on leading care delivery, coordinating interdisciplinary communication, and driving quality and safety initiatives within a hospital or homecare setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience in critical care settings (ICU, CVICU, NICU, or ED).
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and promote a safe, patient-centered environment.
• Familiarity with onboarding, training, and process improvement.

It also entails facilitating onboarding, training, and professional development, as well as promoting quality improvement, safety, and customer service initiatives.

• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to utilize independent judgment and promote a safe, patient-centered environment.
