Provides direct patient care, pulmonary care, and respiratory equipment management to Johns Hopkins Care at Home Group patients. You will be providing care in the home setting per JCAHO, state, and departmental standards. Provides care to adults of all ages, children, and infants. Develops and maintains the business process to ensure service excellence. Coordinates closely with the Senior R.T. regarding performance, productivity, documentation, and patient care issues. Develop and maintain knowledge of regulations and agency policies.
A minimum of two years of critical care experience is required. Documented proof/demonstration of all activities required of an RRT II.
Minimum $32.40/hour - Maximum $53.48/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
