Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to assist in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with pulmonary disorders. You will collect and analyze specimens and measure lung function to assess impairment, while administering physician-prescribed therapies and supervising respiratory therapy staff.

Required are an AAS in Respiratory Care, NBRC-registered RRT, SC licensure, and a minimum of two years of experience.

  • Education: AAS in Respiratory Care from an AMA approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
  • Licensure/Certification: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the NBRC. Licensed by the Board of Medical Examiners of S.C.
