Job summary

Mercy in Oklahoma hires a Respiratory Care Practitioner to provide direct patient care per physician orders and to consult on therapy effectiveness. The role also involves serving as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff in respiratory care. All duties are performed as assigned.

Required: graduation from a CoARC-approved program, current RCP license, NBRC RRT credential. ACLS preferred; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoARC-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license as per state requirements.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• ACLS is preferred.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Consults physicians on effectiveness of therapy.
