Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care is required.

• Strong critical thinking and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• All certifications/licenses are required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and initiate oxygen therapy and ventilation per physician orders.
• Administer prescribed medications during aerosol therapy.
• Perform CPR and airway management per American Heart Association guidelines.
• Initiate and manage advanced ventilation modes and monitor cardiovascular parameters.
• Recommend respiratory care techniques to physicians and follow established protocols.
• Coordinate patient care considering age, development, and safety with the health care team.
• Assist with quality assurance and performance improvement.
