Leads in absence of supervisor, ensuring patient safety and documentation. Required NBRC RRT or registry within 3 months, state RCP license, BLS and ACLS/PALS around hire, and prior acute care experience

We are seeking aRegisteredRespiratory Therapist,internallyreferred to as ourRRT.The RRT can be referred to as aRespiratory Care Practitioner(RCP II) but someone whocarries out respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as directed by the medical and cardiopulmonary directors, based on physician orders. They focus on assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting care while considering the specific needs of patients based on age and population; in the absence of a supervisor, they may be designated as the Lead RCP, overseeing the department during their shift.This position is on a per diem basis, meaningPD/PRNas needed.
