Status: Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Title: Registered Radiologist Assistant
The registered radiologist assistant (RRA) is an advanced practice radiologic technologist who works under the supervision of a radiologist. The RRA helps with all aspects of patient care in the radiology department, including, but not limited to, conducting consultations, providing education, and performing clinical procedures.

Responsibilities include reviewing patient records, performing physical examinations, interviewing patients, explaining procedures, administering oxygen, positioning patients, recognizing emergencies, operating fluoroscopic units, evaluating images, applying radiation safety principles, communicating findings, documenting procedures, and maintaining compliance with policies.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, completion of an ARRT-approved radiologist assistant program, current certification and licensure as specified, and relevant experience.
