Job summary

Gritman Medical Center, Inc. in Moscow, ID, is seeking a dedicated Registered Polysomnographer (RPSGT) to join our Sleep Lab team.

You will conduct sleep studies, assess patients, and provide accurate diagnostic data to physicians, supporting patient care from intake to discharge with adherence to AASM standards. The ideal candidate will have BRPT certification, Idaho PSG or RT licensure, BLS, and experience with overnight studies, MSRT, and oximetry.

Qualifications

• BRPT certification and a respiratory therapy program background.
• Idaho PSG or RT licensure and current BLS certification.
• Experience with sleep studies and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accreditation with the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
• Revise policies to ensure successful accreditation.
• Communicate with physicians about sleep studies during hours.
• Maintain and troubleshoot sleep lab equipment.
• Oversee scheduling to meet facility needs.
• Perform and score sleep studies during day shifts.
• Score in-house sleep studies from overnight tests.
• Conduct MSLT tests during day shifts.
