Job summary

SpecialtyRx, a Long-Term Care pharmacy, is hiring a Data Entry Technician to support order processing and client inquiries. This on-site/Hybrid/Remote role requires licensure and LTC experience, with training on first shift 8am-4:30pm.

You will answer calls, clarify orders, triage faxes, and help resolve issues promptly while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License required.
• Previous pharmacy experience; LTC experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent; strong attention to detail.
• Strong telephone etiquette and excellent organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Frameworks / ECM system knowledge a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to train on first shift 8am-4:30pm.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday and every other weekend.
• Available shift:
• 8am-4:30pm
• 6pm-2:30am.
• 10pm-6:30am.
