Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support LTC operations in Ohio. The role involves data entry, order processing, and customer inquiries, with an emphasis on accuracy and timely response.

On-site, hybrid, or remote work options are available in OH and nearby states for this role, with first-shift training and ongoing training opportunities. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License is required.
• Previous pharmacy experience is required.
• Long-Term Care pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Frameworks / ECM system knowledge a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to train on first shift 8am-4:30pm.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarify orders as needed.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday and every other weekend.
• Available shift:
• 8am-4:30pm
• 6pm-2:30am.
• 10pm-6:30am.
