Hy-Vee is hiring a Registered Pharmacist in Iowa Falls, IA. The role focuses on filling and verifying prescriptions, counseling patients, and supporting the pharmacy team to drive wellness initiatives.

As a licensed pharmacist, you will manage inventories, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in community outreach to promote pharmacy services. Immunizations certification and ongoing education are required.

Formación

• Pharmacy degree and active license; ongoing CE to maintain licensure.
• 6 months to 1 year of related work experience required.
• Ability to administer immunizations.

Responsabilidades

• Fill and verify prescriptions; counsel patients according to OBRA 90 and regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and third-party accounts reconciliation.
• Support pharmacy team with coaching, training, and education.
• Market pharmacy services through outreach to schools, doctors' offices, and community centers.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and follow all safety and regulatory procedures.
• Administer immunizations and ensure compliance with state/federal laws.
