Align Integrated Care PLLC in Sandston, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Peer Recovery Specialist to support individuals on their recovery journeys. The role leverages lived experience to inspire hope and provide mentorship within our behavioral health team.

You will help clients develop recovery plans, connect with community resources, document progress, and advocate for client needs. A Virginia RPRS certification and reliable transportation are required.

Requirements:

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries while building authentic peer relationships
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation and electronic health records
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in the Sandston, VA area
