Job Description
The Patent Agent interviews inventors, conducts patent harvesting sessions, and prepares and prosecutes patent applications before the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), including conducting interviews with patent examiners and drafting claim amendments. The Patent Agent provides direction and guidance on patent strategy, action planning, and communication with clients, business units, and other areas of Law and Regulation.#LI-PC1

Compensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 - 187,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
