Job summary

Luther Manor in Wisconsin is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to join a compassionate, resident-centered team in multiple roles including Full-Time, Part-Time, On-Call and Per Diem. New graduates are welcome to apply.

RNs collaborate with care staff to ensure safety and quality of care, and to support residents’ social and personal needs. A PM shift differential adds pay, and a sign-on bonus may be offered up to $12,000.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited RN program.
• Current Wisconsin nursing license or plans to obtain.
• New graduates encouraged to apply; experience preferred.
• Ability to move 70% of the workday to visit residents.
• Ability to document resident care plans concisely and clearly.
• Be patient, sensitive and responsive to residents and families.
• Available to work every other weekend and holiday rotation.
• Commitment to lifelong learning through in-services and classes.

• Graduation from an accredited RN program
• Current nursing license in the State of Wisconsin or immediate plans to obtain license
• Previous nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Physical mobility to spend 70% of workday moving throughout the facility to visit residents under caseload.
• Ability to document resident care plans concisely and clearly.
• Ability to be patient, sensitive and responsive to both the residents and their families needs.
• Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Dedication to lifelong learning through attendance at in-services and classes to stay current in nursing knowledge and practices
