Job summary

Illuminus is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at LindenGrove Menomonee Falls to provide person-centered care for older adults in a rehab and skilled nursing setting.

We offer full-time, part-time and PRN options with 8-hour shifts and potential weekend rotations. Pay ranges from $39.75 to $44.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Wisconsin in good standing.
• Active CPR certification.
• Geriatrics experience or knowledge.
• Understanding of state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care including medications and documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff while coordinating care.
• Supervise nursing staff and manage staffing, supplies and resources.
• Support quality improvement through investigations and collaboration.

LindenGrove Menomonee Falls , an Illuminus Community, is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN). We offer short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. Our campus is conveniently located next to Community Memorial Hospital and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, and focuses on providing outstanding medical rehabilitation services to our community. Position Details

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.

This position may include 8-hour shifts, including a weekend rotation.

Pay

$39.75-44.50 per hour, dependent upon experience

The Registered Nurse will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident's total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care.

Essential Job Functions

• Assesses, plans, coordinates, and evaluates resident care, including medications, treatments, documentation, and changes in condition.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff while coordinating and delegating care in compliance with regulations, safety, and infection prevention standards.
• Supervises nursing staff and manages staffing, assignments, supplies, and resources.
• Supports quality improvement through incident investigations, interdisciplinary collaboration, and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin in good standing.
• Active CPR
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
