Job summary

Winchester Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Wound Care Center. The RN will perform assessments, administer treatments, monitor progress, and collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires MA RN licensure and an RN program graduate with BLS. This is a per diem position offering compensation based on experience and shift differential where applicable.

Qualifications

• RN program graduate (state-approved/accredited).
• Massachusetts RN license required.
• BSN strongly encouraged (preferred).
• BLS certification required.

Registered Nurse – Wound Care Center

As a Registered Nurse for our Wound Care Center, you will be responsible for the following:

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patients' progress and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness


• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient


• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required


• Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged


• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts


• Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred


• BLS is required

Contract & Compensation

Pay Range: $36.00 - $90.14. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.

This is a per diem position.
