Winchester Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room to deliver high-quality care in a Magnet-designated, leading regional hospital. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, administer medications, monitor progress, and work closely with physicians to craft optimal care plans.

As part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, you will educate patients and families to maximize outcomes while supporting a compassionate, patient-centered team.

Competenze

• Graduate of an approved RN program is required.
• BSN degree strongly encouraged.
• Current Massachusetts RN license to practice.

Job Description:

Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, Top Massachusetts recognized 183-bed regional hospital that is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area.

As a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room Team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Complete assessments
• administer medications/treatments
• observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Pay Range:

Pay Range: $36.00 - $90.14 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
