Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Wound Care Center on a per diem basis. Winchester Hospital, a Magnet-designated regional hospital, delivers comprehensive care across the Northwest suburban Boston area.

You will perform assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with physicians to develop care plans, while educating patients and families to maximize outcomes. BLS certification is required, Massachusetts RN license is mandatory, and BSN is encouraged.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.
• BLS is required.

As a Registered Nurse for our Wound Care Center, you will be responsible for the following:

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness

• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient

• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.

This is a per diem position.

Pay Range:

$36.00 - $90.14

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geographyof work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
