Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Virginia or compact RN license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies needs.
• Initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides age-appropriate patient care.
• Documents medical necessity in the patient record.
• Completes and revises the Care Plan for each patient.
• Performs timely quality improvement assessments.
