Job summary

Concordia Visiting Nurses in the United States is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team. You will perform thorough assessments with physicians, patients, and families to develop individualized care plans, and provide treatments including IV starts and wound care.

Educate families for ongoing self-care and monitor patient conditions with strong clinical assessment skills. If you value autonomy, compassionate care, and professional growth within a Christian organization

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recent clinical experience as an RN recommended.
• Home care experience recommended.

Responsibilities
