Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking per diem inpatient Registered Nurses to join our team at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. This role offers competitive hourly rates ranging from $41.82 to $66.30 and various benefits including insurance and reimbursement for wellbeing activities.

The ideal candidate will have nursing licensure in Massachusetts, CPR certification, and at least one year of RN experience. This position plays a critical role in providing high-quality care in a dynamic hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Successfully passed the Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience required.

Wesson 3 contains 24 beds and 12 telemetry monitors.

Wesson 3 serves a wide variety of patients aged 22 to 100+ with diagnoses such as renal/dialysis, sepsis, cellulitis, behavioral health, GI bleed, kidney transplant, syncope, and respiratory conditions.

Location: Baystate Medical Center, Springfield.

Qualifications

Compensation

Base pay range for this role is $41.82 – $54.06 – $66.30 per hour. Additional compensation may include incentive pay and other recognition programs.
