Baystate Health in Springfield, MA is seeking inpatient Registered Nurses to join our team at Baystate Medical Center. This role is based on Wesson 3, 24 beds with telemetry, serving adults 22 to 100+ with diverse diagnoses, including renal/dialysis, sepsis, GI issues and transplant patients.

Qualifications

• Licensed as RN in Massachusetts.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.

• Monitor telemetry and manage diverse adult patient needs.
• Collaborate with care teams across shifts; adhere to safety standards.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

• Wesson 3 contains 24 beds and 12 telemetry monitors
• Wesson 3 services a wide variety of patients aged 22 to 100 + with common diagnoses that may include: Renal/Dialysis patients, sepsis, cellulitis, behavioral health, GI bleed, transplant (kidney), syncope/respiratory.

SCHEDULE:

• Per Diem Days
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays
• Location: Baystate Medical Center Springfield

Pay:

• Experienced RN (1+ years of RN Licensure) $42.66-$65.00

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
• Education: AND required; BSN preferred.
