Job summary

Focus Health Network, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our long-term care facility in Philadelphia. The role covers full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts with hourly pay between $42 and $48, plus shift differentials and benefits.

Shifts include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am with alternating weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have an active PA RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of long-term care experience, with strong leadership and clinical skills

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• PA RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in long-term care or related setting.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing staff and ensure high-quality care per care plans and state regulations.
• Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs.
• Provide guidance and training to nursing staff, mentoring new hires.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop care plans.
• Respond to emergencies with timely interventions.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.
