Job summary

Reliant Management is seeking a Registered Nurse for a large established medical–skilled nursing organization. The RN will provide direct patient care, develop care plans, and document clinically.

This role requires a CA RN license, current CPR, and experience supervising LVNs and CNAs. Excellent observation, problem solving, and communication skills are essential, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in CA
• Maintain CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary
• Communicate changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate
• Document assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy
• Administer IV medications and treatments
• Work cooperatively with other members of the facility interdisciplinary team
• Supervise patient care provided by LVNs and CNAs
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Schedule: AM, PM, and NOC shifts/rotations available
