Job summary

Reliant Management in California seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a large medical–skilled nursing team. This full-time, direct-hire role offers growth opportunities and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

You will perform nursing assessments, develop care plans, administer IVs, supervise LVNs and CNAs, document care, and communicate with physicians and staff. Shifts include AM, PM, and NOC rotations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in CA.
• Maintain CPR certification.
• Experience supervising LVN and CNA staff.
• Excellent observation, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation).
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and nursing supervisors.
• Document assessments and care per standards of care and policy.
• Administer IV medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care.
• Supervise LVN and CNA staff providing patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Schedule includes AM, PM, and NOC shifts/rotations.

Our Registered Nurse is responsible for patient care, assess and evaluates patient status by writing care plans, health assessments, completes, maintains and submits clinical notes regarding patient’s condition. Provides professional nursing care utilizing all elements of nursing process.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation

• Develop nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary

• Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate

• Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy

• Administers IV medications and treatments

• Work cooperatively with other members of the facility interdisciplinary team

• Supervise patient care provided by Licensed Vocational Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Schedule: AM, PM, and NOC shifts/rotations available

What You’ll Bring:
