Job summary

Reliant Management is seeking a Registered Nurse in California to provide comprehensive patient care within a skilled nursing environment. You will assess patients, write care plans, and document clinical notes while following nursing processes and company guidelines.

The role includes supervising LVN and CNA staff, coordinating with physicians and the nursing supervisor, and administering IV medications. Shifts include AM, PM, and NOC rotations in a structured team setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CA RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience supervising LVN/CNA staff preferred.
• Strong observation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
• Communicate changes in patient status with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
• Document assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.
• Administer IV medications and treatments.
• Work cooperatively with other facility staff including LVNs and CNAs.
• Supervise patient care provided by LVN and CNA staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Schedule: AM, PM, and NOC shifts/rotations available.
