Job summary

OnShift, Inc. is hiring Registered Nurses in Los Angeles, CA, to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will provide direct resident care and lead other nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate outcomes in a clean, safe environment.

This full-time overnight role supports residents through rounds, orders, and coordinated care with physicians. Ideal candidates hold a California RN license and have PCC experience, with a focus on teamwork and exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Must possess current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in California.
• Experience providing direct care to multiple patients preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to nursing staff to ensure quality care for residents.
• Conduct assessments, rounds, administer physician orders, and communicate with healthcare professionals.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.
• Make rounds with physicians as requested.
• Orient and welcome new residents and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

Primary Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all other facility nursing staff ensuring quality care is provided to all residents.
• Conduct assessments, make rounds, carry out physician’s orders, and communicate with our other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of excellent care in a clean, safe, dignified, happy and healthy environment
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
• Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary
• Orient and welcome new residents and families
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Scale: $44 - $48 / Hour

Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
