Lawrence Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants in a faith-based, non-profit senior living community. The role emphasizes person-centered care and adherence to standards for quality care.
Starting at $27.00 per hour plus shift and weekend differential under our Premium Pay Plan. PMMA offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven organization.
Competenze
- Graduate of an approved LPN program.
- Must possess a current license to practice as an LPN in this state.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations governing long-term care.
- Geriatric nursing/long-term care experience is a plus.
- IV Certification is a plus.
Mansioni
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
- Ensure adherence to current federal, state and local standards and regulations.
