Genesis in Ridgewood, NJ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver nursing care under the supervision of an RN. The role includes evaluating residents, contributing to assessments and care planning, administering medications, and supervising unlicensed staff.

Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if required by practice setting.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers nursing care.
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
