Qualifikationen

• Current, valid RN license in Colorado or in another state participating in eNLC.
• Willingness to submit to a full background check.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Shift work includes day, evening, and night, including holidays and weekends.
• Must travel to conferences or industry trainings as needed.

Aufgaben

• Perform admission and daily nursing assessments during clinical stay and identify critical changes.
• Implement nursing interventions, care plans and physician referrals as appropriate.
• Document care and treatment information accurately for residents.
• Monitor health status changes, vital signs, labs, and communicate with physicians.
• Administer medications safely and manage IVs per orders and regulations.
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise subordinates to meet standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in quality assurance activities.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate resident transportation as needed.
• Maintain updated skills through continuing education and supervision.
