Endeavor Health's Staff Nurse on the Vascular Access Team at Evanston Hospital is seeking a compassionate RN to provide safe, efficient care on a dedicated unit. You will apply the nursing process and collaborate with the health care team to deliver value-driven patient outcomes.

Requirements include an IL nursing license, graduation from an NLN-accredited program (BSN preferred), BLS/CPR, and PICC certification within 6 months of hire; 3+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license required.
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
• PICC certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience.

Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

What you will need

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: 3+ years’ experience in comparable role preferred; PICC insertion certification required within 6 months of hire
