Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Evanston Hospital on a full-time basis. The role supports Monday–Friday, 7:00am–7:30pm with rotating weekends and requires IL licensure, a BSN preferred, and BLS/CPR certification.

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.

• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights: Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.
