Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide direct medical care in a residential treatment program in Concord, Massachusetts. The RN will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with medical providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

The ideal candidate will have an active Massachusetts RN or LPN license and preferably experience in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting. All shifts are available, offering flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active Massachusetts RN or LPN license.
• Minimum one year of experience in a behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments upon admission and as needed.
• Administer medications and monitor client responses.
• Implement and monitor detoxification protocols.
• Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments.
• Provide health and medication education to clients.
• Collaborate with medical providers during evaluations.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure medical equipment is functioning safely.
• Support a safe treatment environment.

One of our clients is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide direct medical care and support to adult clients in a residential treatment program. As an RN, you’ll be a key member of an interdisciplinary team, responsible for nursing assessments, medication administration, detox monitoring, client education, and collaboration with medical providers. All shifts are available.

Hourly Rates

Registered Nurse (RN): up to $60/hr.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments upon admission and as needed
• Administer medications and monitor client responses
• Implement and monitor detoxification protocols
• Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments per protocol
• Provide health and medication education to clients
• Collaborate with medical providers during evaluations and medication management appointments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic treatment environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Experience and Education

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) or License Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• One year of experience in a behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment setting preferred
