Job summary
Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide direct medical care in a residential treatment program in Concord, Massachusetts. The RN will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with medical providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
The ideal candidate will have an active Massachusetts RN or LPN license and preferably experience in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting. All shifts are available, offering flexibility in scheduling.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active Massachusetts RN or LPN license.
- Minimum one year of experience in a behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete nursing assessments upon admission and as needed.
- Administer medications and monitor client responses.
- Implement and monitor detoxification protocols.
- Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments.
- Provide health and medication education to clients.
- Collaborate with medical providers during evaluations.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure medical equipment is functioning safely.
- Support a safe treatment environment.
