Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care in the Carver/Lakeville area with an immediate start.

You will work directly with residents, develop care plans, administer medications, document all care, and collaborate with the medical team to maintain a positive environment. Compensation is processed weekly and you can adjust your schedule to fit your availability.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification and TB test results required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing principles and patient assessments to develop, determine, and implement individualized plans of care.
• Administer necessary medications and carry out treatments and procedures outlined in patient\'s care plan.

• Participate in rounds to understand treatments provided and anticipate future patient needs.

One of our clients is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to provide support and care in the Carver/Lakeville area. Immediate start.

CLIENT'S HOURLY RATES

• Registered Nurse (RN): $60/hr.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Work directly with residents to ensure that their needs are met.
• Utilize nursing principles and patient assessments to develop, determine, and implement individualized plans of care.
• Administer necessary medications and carry out treatments and procedures outlined in patient\'s care plan.
• Accurately document all care provided to patients and note all observations.
• Work with medical team, patient, and his or her family, and visitors to ensure the atmosphere is pleasant and positive.
• Participate in rounds, ensure others are caring for the patient, understand treatments that have been provided, and ascertain patient\'s future needs.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) or License Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test and must have CPR certification
