Fairmont Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Fairmont, WV is seeking an experienced RN Charge Nurse/Unit Manager to lead the daily clinical operations of a skilled unit and support a dedicated nursing team, ensuring residents receive the highest quality care.

The role requires an active WV or compact RN license, at least 1 year of long-term care nursing experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. New management supports career growth and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in West Virginia or a compact state.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

About the Role
