Cornell Care & Rehabilitation Center, managed by Autumn Lake Healthcare in Union, NJ, seeks a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead our skilled nursing team and uphold compassionate, patient-centered care.

As Unit Manager, you will partner with the Director of Nursing, mentor staff, drive clinical governance, and ensure quality outcomes across the unit, while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Minimum 3–5 years of RN leadership or unit management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a skilled nursing unit to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on policies and standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
