Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Minimum 3–5 years of RN leadership or unit management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a skilled nursing unit to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on policies and standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Identify and implement practices to improve outcomes and satisfaction.
