Long Term Healthcare Facility is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our team in Pennsylvania. This full-time role (Monday–Friday) includes on-call responsibilities and opportunities for advancement within our healthcare network.

You will lead a nursing unit, coordinate care, and work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care. Tuition reimbursement and ongoing clinical training are available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license issued in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Unit Manager or 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with a patient-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee clinical services for an assigned nursing unit.
• Lead and support the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.
• Assess resident needs and evaluate systems that support safe and effective care delivery.
• Address and resolve patient and family concerns.
• Implement and evaluate nursing procedures and care programs.
• Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Educate residents and families on health needs.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with company, state, and federal standards.
• Provide general nursing care as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
