Job summary

EPIC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead and coordinate resident care on their assigned unit. The role focuses on staffing, care delivery, and ensuring quality outcomes in a nursing and rehab setting.

Responsibilities include supervising LPNs, RNs, and CNAs; collaborating with physicians, therapists, and social workers; monitoring care plans and medication administration; and conducting rounds to address resident needs while promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Unit Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned unit, including staffing, resident care, and regulatory compliance.


• Supervise and support nursing staff, including LPNs, RNs, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), to ensure the highest standards of care.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.

Unit Manager Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
