Elizabethtown-Nursing-and-Rehabilitatio is hiring an RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing staff on your unit, ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, and deliver high-quality resident care.

You will develop and implement individualized care plans, provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, coordinate with medical professionals, and conduct regular assessments of residents. This role also involves budgeting and resource management.

• Proven experience as an RN Unit Manager.
