Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Lead to oversee EMG nursing services at the Oak Park location. You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current State of Illinois RN license is required.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Function as EMG RN and serve as operations resource for clinical staff.
• Maintain EMG RN expertise regularly.
• Oversee EMG nursing personnel to ensure safe, cost-efficient care.
• Apply problem solving, conflict management, and customer service to drive initiatives.
• Provide or coordinate preceptor support for clinical staff.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisor to evaluate office personnel.
• Monitor compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Oversee supplies procurement and budgeting for patient care.
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Foster collaboration with departments to process orders and improve services.
• Maintain relationships with physicians to enhance team work.
• Identify and develop quality initiatives for the office.

Hourly Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position: Registered Nurse Lead Location: 932 W Lake St, Oak Park Full Time 40 hours Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm . May need to work evenings to accommodate the office needs. Required Travel: Occasionally

What you will do:

• Demonstrates expertise in functioning as an EMG RN and is able to serve as an operations resource to other clinical personnel in the performance of all expected duties in an efficient manner.
• Maintains expertise by regularly functioning as an EMG RN.
• Assists in overseeing and directing specific clinical EMG personnel in order to ensure effective, cost efficient and safe provision of nursing care in accordance with established standards.
• Demonstrates problem solving, conflict management, and customer services skills to serve as role model and change agent for corporate and office based initiatives.
• Serves as or insures appropriate preceptor support for all clinical employees.
• In collaboration with clinical supervisor, evaluates performance of assigned office personnel.
• Monitors compliance with hospital and regulatory agency standards.
• Oversees the ordering, procuring, and budgeting of adequate supplies and equipment to provide appropriate patient care.
• Assures the proper functioning of and maintenance of equipment and physical plant.
• Develops and maintains a cooperative working relationship with a variety of department personnel in order process physician orders, order supplies, gather and exchange information, resolve operational problems and improve services.
• Maintain collaborative association with physicians to enhance office team work.
• Identifies, develops, and maintains quality initiative for the office
