Trinity Health's Gottlieb Memorial Hospital in Melrose Park, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Transitional Care Unit. This 32-bed unit cares for Stroke, Neurological, Transplant, Orthopedic and Cardiac patients aged 18 and older.

Qualifications

• BSN Diploma from an accredited program is required.
• BLS certification required prior to hire.
• Illinois Board of Nursing license is required prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on the Transitional Care Unit for adults 18+.
• Care for Stroke, Neurological, Transplant, Orthopedic, and Cardiac patients.
• Collaborate with a team to manage a 2–3 week average length of stay.
• Support patient recovery and build meaningful patient relationships.
