Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Transitional Care Unit at Gottlieb Memorial Hospital in Melrose Park. This 32-bed unit specializes in Stroke, Neurological, Transplant, Orthopedic, and Cardiac patient care for adults 18+.

The role offers an evening shift with opportunities to build relationships with patients on their road to recovery. We require a BSN from an accredited school, BLS certification prior to hire, and IL nursing licensure.

Qualifications

• A BSN from an accredited program is required.
• BLS provider certification is required prior to hire.
• Illinois Board of Nursing license is required prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on the Transitional Care Unit (32 beds) for patients 18+.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient recovery and discharge planning.

Join our team as we seek a Registered Nurse to work on our Transitional Care Unit. 32 bed unit. Specializing in nursing care for Stroke, Neurological, Transplant, Orthopedic, Cardiac patients ages 18 and older. The average length of stay for patients is 2-3 weeks offering the opportunity to connect and build relationships with patients on their road to recovery.

Compensation:

$36.05 - $59.92 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
