Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments and formulate care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed by LIP.
• Supervise and mentor students and new staff.
• Document findings promptly in the medical record.
• Participate in discharge planning and transition of care.
