• Ability to work in clinical setting with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Completes assessments, formulates and oversees plan of care.
• Oversees implementation and evaluates progress with critical thinking.
• Provides care, counseling, health teaching using Teach Back method.
• Administers medication and IV therapy as prescribed by a licensed practitioner.
• Supervises and delegates tasks to other nursing staff and students.
• Mentors students and orients new staff; participates in discharge planning.
