Job summary

Boston Medical Center's Cardiology/Telemetry Unit is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care. In a 36-hour weekly shift schedule (D/N), you will work in the Med Surg department, supporting the team with assessments, interventions, and patient education.

Candidates should hold a Diploma, ASN, or BSN (BSN preferred) and be eligible for Massachusetts RN licensure. BLS and ACLS are required; PCC cert within a year.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION:

• Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred), Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

• Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Certification in basic life support (BLS) required
• Advanced Cardiac Life support(ACLS) certification required
• 90 days of hire PCC Certification required within 1 year of hire

EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ years of RN experience preferred

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency

Compensation Range: $39.80- $93.69

This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
