Boston Medical Center seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Cardiology/Telemetry Unit (6 West Telemetry). You will provide patient-centered care, collaborate with the care team, and support quality initiatives.
Requirements include RN license in MA, BLS and ACLS certifications, with 1+ year RN experience preferred. Diploma/ASN/BSN accepted; ability to obtain BSN within 4 years. 3rd weekend and holidays rotation; compensation includes broad benefits.

EDUCATION: Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred), Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Certification in basic life support (BLS) required Advanced Cardiac Life support(ACLS) certification required 90 days of hire PCC Certification required within 1 year of hire
EXPERIENCE: 1+ years of RN experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Effective verbal and written communication skills Physical ability to meet job responsibilities Basic computer proficiency

Compensation Range: $39.80- $93.69 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
