Incredible Health in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse - Med Surg to join our hospitals. The role supports care for diverse patient populations including acute and chronic conditions, with opportunities for day, night, and mid shifts; full-time, part-time, or per diem arrangement.

Qualifications include ADN or higher, active RN license, 1 year in medical-surgical or similar area, BLS certification, and proficiency with electronic medical record systems. Comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• ADN or above nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.

• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care.
